Data Collection and Process Control

QC-CALC Real-Time SPC: Critical dimensions are monitored in real-time using QCCALC software, enabling immediate identification and correction of any deviations from specifications.

ERP System (PLEX): All quality data is seamlessly integrated into our PLEX ERP system, providing a centralized repository for all quality-related information.

Shipment to Customer: Upon successful completion of all quality checks, products are shipped to the customer with comprehensive quality documentation.
