Please note our modified holiday schedule so our families can enjoy time with family and friends. Our US facilities will be closed 12/23-12/25 and 1/1 and our Costa Rica facility will be closed 12/20 through 1/1.
Below are some key improvements we made in 2024 to better serve you:
- Rebranded & continued our market focus on 100% medical device in alignment with our mission, vision, and long-term commitment to this market sector.
- Built & relocated to a new and larger 65,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located in Evolution Free Zone in Grecia, Alajuela, Costs Rica.
- Launched plastic molding/overmolding for staple loading and other medical device molding applications and validated Class 8 cleanroom services in New Britain, CT.
- Custom-designed and built the most advanced laser-tube cutting machines that combine the latest technologies in the field for high-precision tube cutting.
- Invested in new laser cutting, welding, and marking technologies both in the US and Costa Rica.
- Invested in cultivating top talent – expanding/ improving the areas of value stream management, engineering project management, supply chain management, and production planning.
