Early-Career Opportunities at AVNA
Whether you are still in school or ready to begin a hands-on manufacturing career, AVNA offers paid opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and build valuable skills.
Our internships provide experience in areas such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, robotics and automation, project management, and administration. For those interested in precision tooling, our Department of Labor-certified Toolmaker Apprenticeship Program combines paid classroom instruction with hands-on shop-floor training.
Both programs are designed to support continued learning, skill development, and long-term career growth at AVNA. (ages 17+)
Become an Operator With Our Paid On the Job Training Program
Interested in hands-on work and learning new skills? AVNA’s paid training program helps you build the knowledge and confidence needed to operate advanced manufacturing equipment—no prior manufacturing experience required.
Operator opportunities may include:
- CNC machining
- Auto-press operations
- Laser cutting, welding, and marking
- Plastic molding
From day one, you will train alongside an experienced team member and be matched with a buddy who can answer questions, introduce you to the AVNA team, and help you feel comfortable in your new role.
As your skills grow, you may have opportunities to cross-train in other operations, explore different career paths, and work with your supervisor on continued development and advancement. Applicants must be 18 or older.
